Quite possibly the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve had my nails done by quite a few people here, including Tracy and Laura. Everyone here is so sweet! I see Laura every two weeks, without fail and it’s like reuniting with a best friend each time. Any issues (which there are very rarely… they’re that good!) are solved quickly, efficiently and fairly based on what is not only good for you aesthetic wise, but for the health and safety of your nails. The salon itself is clean, well managed and comfortable. The work they do is top notch- always beautiful and somehow better than what I imagined when I come in!

This is definitely my favorite nail salon in my life. They always surprises me. Every time I come to the store, I get super attentive service and the best skills. Thanks all the staff there for making me beautiful every month！

I started going to Prime a couple of years ago because my teenage daughters wanted nail designs. We all love it there and are always happy with the quality of their work. Laura is a true artist and perfectionist at designs. I often just tell her “do whatever you think will look good”. I am never disappointed! Today I went for a classic French and it came out beautiful!

The best and my favorite nails salon in Long Island. The staffs are friendly and constantly do a wonderful job. Prime can always make my intricate design incredibly. Highly recommend!

Made a last minute appointment since this is down the street from my new home and they were able to accommodate me. It was ok. Definitely clean but awkward vibes. My pedicure was decent but gel manicure was pretty terrible. There are traces of my previous nail polish, bubbles and VERY uneven coats (so you can see my nail color peeking through on 8 out of 10 nails). For how much you pay I wouldn't say this place was worth it.
