⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely obsessed with my lip filler from Prima MedSpa! The team was so professional and made me feel completely comfortable. My lip filler results are absolutely stunning! natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, I recently visited a spa that gave me an unpleasant experience. I saw their promotion on Groupon and called ahead before purchasing Botox. The manager told me that if I took a screenshot of the Groupon offer and showed it to her at the spa, she would honor the same price if I paid in cash at the office. I followed her instructions and drove 20 miles to get there. After waiting for almost an hour, when it was finally time for my Botox appointment, the manager informed me that she could only honor 20 units of Botox instead of the 40 units we had initially agreed upon. As a result, I chose not to receive any Botox from them, as I felt the situation was dishonest and disgraceful. I was very disappointed to have wasted my time at Prima Med Spa. Update: after finally getting an apt. I drove all the way there and they told me they decided to cancel my apt. They did not call or inform me of this decision. I would not bother with this business. They have new owners and are unserious and unprofessional. I’m not sure what is happening at this spa. I have been a client at Prima for years, but this month I’ve been unable to connect with anyone there to make an appointment. The website isn’t working to book appointments. When I call and leave messages no one calls me back. I did get a text message about booking, but the response was delayed and in the back and forth (which took several days) whoever was initially responding just stopped responding. Seems whatever new management has taken over is not serious about running this business. A

I’ve been coming here since 2018, and with the new ownership now things are not the same. The customer service is horrible, and it seems like there’s no communication between the SPA employees and management as well as short staffing issues. The last 4 times I came in the customer service was horrible. They refuse to provide my Alle points for the last 3 services. They either say they can’t and only Aishleigh can, and that they will tell her and I never received Alle credit. I even called to remind them and still no response. Employee was late for my morning appointment making me wait in cold weather, and the last time I came in, I sat at the lobby for 15 min and no one acknowledged I was there, even though it was 15 min past my appt time.
