The Dream Team That Made Our Day Perfect! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Brittany, Christina, Diana, and the entire support staff from PRIM Studio — they were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, everything ran perfectly, like clockwork, and it’s all thanks to their incredible professionalism, talent, and calming presence. Everyone looked like a million bucks, and I have never felt more beautiful in my life. The hair and makeup were flawless and held up all day and night — I felt confident, radiant, and completely at ease thanks to this amazing team. I’ve gotten my hair cut with Brittany at Prim Salon twice now, and I happily drive 45+ minutes to get here because it’s truly one of the best salons in the area. Brittany is very talented and always does an amazing job with my cut and style. Her assistant, Jennifer, is also fantastic and does a beautiful job blow drying and styling my hair. Brittany, Sabrina, Jennifer, and the entire Prim team are friendly, supportive, and bring such positive energy and vibes. The service here feels premium from start to finish. 10000/10, everyone at PRIM are the sweetest and most talented people you’ll meet!! Brittany is AMAZING!! My hair was just breathtaking and they made the whole process fun & easy! I live out of state so they were so accommodating for me for my bridal trial and cannot thank them enough. Don’t let the pics fool you, I had extensions and Brittany matched/blended them perfectly! Also did my hair for my engagement shoot so had to include that too ;)

I am not typically a bad reviewer but I want other potential clients to be warned of the prim salon’s owner and her unfortunate ethics. I went to prim and did not have any issues with my stylist until I got a new install done with new hair bought within the salon. The stylist sold me the incorrect hair and the final look was not even close to the picture I had shown her. The owner stepped in and offered to fix it as a “courtesy.” I came in, she apologized for the mess I was left with, and said she would fix it. It was not until the end of the service that she told me my new total which was over $1,000. She put new hair on me without telling me the cost of the hair and I had no idea what I agreeing too when she said she was going to make it right. I spent thousands of dollars on new hair-

The booking experience with PRIM is exquisite from start to finish. I want to scream it from the rooftops that Kyle is AMAZING. From my very first online inquiry, he went back and forth with me through emails and texts and always made me feel like I was somebody important.
