The staff here has been amazing at answering all my questions and concerns. They responded promptly and took the time to explain everything to me. I'll update this post after my upcoming appointment with the overall experience. U Update. I waited a week to do a update so I could see how it adjusted with my body. I feel better and less bloated. The procedure went smooth and the staff was excellent. They allowed me to have the proper timing after to get dressed and for my body to readjust.

I made an appointment here and from the entrance staff was very kind and welcoming. The appointment was a little intimidating but the technician that was assigned to me was very helpful and reassuring! The place was super clean and calming and the atmosphere was relaxing! Book your appointment!

5/5!!! I became a member here sight unseen because I really wanted a place to do contrast therapy. After going for my first session, I am SO happy I made the investment with HydroLight. They knocked my expectations out of the park. It is SO clean (they mentioned being clean freaks and you can tell), they are incredibly nice and informative in their services, and there are so many thoughtful additions to the space (complimentary mocktail after service, a little goody bag for becoming a member, bags for your wet swimsuit, cold water, cold eucalyptus towel, music and Netflix). Honestly, take alll my money!!! The services, communication, and hospitality are so worth the membership

This was my first time at the Hydrolight Lounge, and I was beyond impressed! I tried the cold plunge and sauna, and both were incredible experiences. The ambiance is beautiful — very aesthetic, clean, and peaceful. The space feels super cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to some real self-care.

First time there today and everything was excellent. Very nice staff very helpful. It was extremely clean which is great. I used the sauna for 45 minutes and it was excellent. Sometimes saunas don't work to their full potential but this one was perfect and I watched Netflix 🙂 which was a treat. Overall I'd say it's excellent and I'll be going back for different services this week and in the future. Highly recommend
