Prim Nails Spa Lounge

I went to this nail salon, to get my toes done. I just wanted to rest and get my mind off of daily things. So I thought “hey I’ve been here before so it will be good right”? No! Absolutely not. The man who did my toenails was rushing ( with no other clients waiting on him) He did not ask me if the toenails look good. Or if I was comfortable with anything he was doing. He was going way too fast for me to even enjoy my pedicure. He also cut my skin. Hours later my skin still hurts. I am very upset with this and this is very unacceptable. I would I understand if he had other clients waiting on him, or I was just thinking Maybe hey he had a bad day. But at the same time I pay a lot of money for my toes just for my feet to hurt. I always have great experience at Prim Nails especially with Lynn. She’s meticulous and always do a great job. The quality of her work is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

I have come here several times over the years and I can say this customer service has improved tremendously. Space yesterday my husband and I came in as walk-ins for two pedicures and a men’s manicure we were in and out. I decided to come back the following day to get a full set of sculpted/form nails. I know this is an old school method in the person that does a great job name is Heather. She took her time. She did not complain when I was nitpicky on how I wanted my nails exactly yes two hours later my nails are bomb.

Had a pedicure here, 2nd visit to salon. Water was barely warm so asked to have it heated hotter. The guy that did my Pedi was in such a hurry, given there were NO other waiting customers there. He literally did a fast massage of legs n feet and the pedicure itself. He didn't offer water, I had to ASK another employee for water. Very disappointing visit. I would like to ask for compensation, like 30% off my next visit?! If I care to return. Would NOT refer anyone to this Salon. Do better, please.

I live about an hour away from the salon, but I had Christmas shopping to do, and I really disliked the acrylic nails I walked in with so I asked if they had the availability to put on a new set. Vanessa sat me down right away and she was so wonderful. Extremely detailed and went beyond expectations when it came to being a perfectionist with my set. Her communication was also amazing, and she made sure I was happy with the service every step of the way. And everytime I got excited about how beautiful they looked she would match my enthusiasm and get excited with me. It was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with getting my nails done. I made sure to get her card and her schedule because I will gladly make the commute so I can go to only her from now on. ❤️ **Update: Vaness
