Pretty Nails

If I could give this place a no start I would! Yesterday was my 1st and last time going here I will never be back and will never tell anyone to go here! I explained and apologized for my feet I have nails that grow up. This makes them hard to paint. But my 8-year-old kid could have painted my nails better than the guy did. He also ripped out an ingrown nail, and didn't even say sorry tell I said something. Then made me put my foot back in the water right after! Now it's infected. When I asked for it to be fixed, his wife did it. I continued to explain what was wrong and she snapped at me and told me she knows how to do her job. But she was adding nail polish to it, not taking it off. My toe is now infected!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and the Licensing board.

Ill give it 1 star because the staff was friendly BUT the actual service was horrible. I hate when they use the drill to take off the Gel polish. It burns and hurts! My pinky toenail came half way off later on and I think its due to that not sure. Secondly, stop using that cheese grater on our feet ! It does not feel good and it has my feet so sensitive and rough. Im really pissed I spent $50 for this treatment and it wasn’t even worth it. Im beyond livid! Again the workers were nice but I was not impressed w the work.

I am not sure they know what they are doing here: nice color selection, but they got the gel color on my skin a lot, which is a pretty big no-no apparently as even small exposure of gel to skin can lead to allergies and other issues down the line, and when I came in hoping to have them professionally removed, they pried them off with cuticle trimmers and then sanded down my nails with a coarse nail file on top of the nail and called it a manicure. They looked like broken obsidian if looked at closely. I payed 35 dollars (plus a tip because I'm a pushover and didn't realize how bad it was before leaving). My nails hurt for days after and will be paper thin for the next month or so until they grow back out. I am constantly afraid something will tear through them in this state. I know gel and

I came here a while back, and I was deeply disappointed with the experience. There seemed to be no method to what the nail techs were doing, and they just swapped out randomly. The place was unorganized and filthy. I generally feel that I’m a patient person, and I’m willing to cut businesses a lot of slack. However, the experience here was so awkward, that I felt spurred to leave this review. There are plenty of other nail salons in this town with significantly better service.

They take their time and do it right! They are both really friendly, great customer service! I got a gel full set and a pedicure. (The got stones are a great touch) She did the whole process and a little more. She was also very gentle while doing my nails. I will definitely be coming back! (The nails look really pretty just excuse my broken finger)
