Pretty Nails

It was a great Service the first time when I got them done as my first acrylics that I was so excited but about a day after my nail chipped when I was opening a container and my acrylic nail had flung and broke off into my room I think that’s very unprofessional because they didn’t really probably let it sit in the, light system long enough because it brokeoff like it was rubber like it was so soft and it was like almost it was almost like wiggly like it could chip off so much and I think they were using bad materials to Put the acrylic nails on. That’s why it chipped and I went to go back today and I got two nails redone for a repair because the gel polish on my left thumb was chipping pretty badly. I do not recommend this business, after Michael, the owner retired with his wife everything has gone down with quality and the way they treat their customers. I had my sister in law go there for her nails because I had a good experience with the original owners and once May become the owner. The business has gone down completely. She asked for her nails to be taken off because they have done a horrible job and her nails broke the day after. And she was trying to get a refund And have them take off the nails they did on her. Because she was unhappy, And they said they cannot give her a refund which is unacceptable and a horrible customer service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked them how much it would cost to change the color of my nails and the the guy at the front desk said 18$ (please note that there is a sign that says 18 to change the color). Then when it was time to pay that charged me 40$ (also not that they did not cut me nails they just took off the nail polish and painted it with gel. When it is time to pay, they guy in the front say "tip, tip". However, when someone else goes up to pay they did not say "tip,tip" and they gave them a receipt. I did not get a receipt to write my tip in, they charged my card with the tip. I am not someone who does not tip however it is insulting for someone to harass me for tip for mediocre service. I’ve been going here since high school but haven’t been since the old owners retired. My nails still came out as perfect as they usually are and everyone was so nice. This is my go-to place.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed a few days ago. While the girl was waxing my brows, she pulled too close to my eyelid. I jumped back in pain and she laughed in my face and did not even apologize. I went to a walk in clinic because I still had a mark left on my eyelid and they told me that I had a second degree burn. Do not trust these people with your eyebrows or any waxing. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
