My search for a nail salon in El Paso has finally come to an end. Tiffany exceeded my expectations with her exceptional service. Her attentive nature and commitment to my comfort throughout the entire process made me feel valued and pampered. She even took the time to ask if everything looked good at every step, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the results. The nail design was spot on, and I absolutely adore my nails! The first picture was my inspiration for the design. Also had a pedicure and he also did amazing. I highly recommend pretty nails salon.

I had visited this place before once and I had a great experience the first time, but the second time not so much. I walked in and was rushed into my seat. I explained to the nail tech that I was looking at the sample nails for inspo because I wasn’t ready and she kept pushing me to go have a seat. I asked for a specific color on my nails and I don’t quite get that. Since it’s about to be spring soon I figured I’d go with a cute pastel color so I chose a clear light blue color and ended up with a royal blue that’s totally opposite of what I asked for. When I asked her why it was getting darker she offered to apply more coats and I assumed that was going to make the nail polish react into something lighter… idk, she’s the pro, I’m not. I wanted French Tip and walked out with a solid color. Got cut on two of my fingers and super glue on one finger, 4 days later my cuts still hurt. I showed the nail tech doing my pedicure that I wanted French tip on my hands and solid on my feet. The nail tech doing my pedicure brought the color to the other tech and since they were talking in another language (Vietnamese), I thought she was telling her what i wanted. The nail tech doing my hand nails apologized for not confirming what I wanted and that a different acrylic is used for French tips so she couldn't do it anymore. Now my big toe is hurting, I hope I don't get an ingrown nail!!!
