Pretty Nails

Do not recommend if you respect your time! Called ahead of time and made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes before schedule appointment time, checked in and confirmed appointment. Standard pick your color, have a seat, they are almost done, they will be right with me. After being told 3 time they are just finishing up and waiting 15 minutes, they are clearly no where near being able to start my appointment. I am respectful of the business and it’s time so I appreciate being treated with the same respect of might time. I had been in Pretty Nails 2 weeks prior and was looking to find a new place to establish my manicure and pedicure needs unfortunately Pretty Nails will not be for me. Might be ok if you have time to waste.

My last experience wasn't so great, so I was kind of skeptical about returning. That quickly changed after I sat down with JR. By far the best experience I have ever had. My nails are absolutely perfect! Looking forward to my next set with him!

I've been going to Pretty Nails for YEARS and I used to love the service. Since moving to their new location, I've had 2 terrible experiences and I won't be back. July 2024 I went for a birthday pedicure, I wanted a deluxe pedi with gel. The guy giving the pedicure was so preoccupied I basically soaked and got gel. I was still expected to pay full price. After complaining I still ended up paying a small amount for the gel. Fast forward to last week, my daughter chose a girl's day over a birthday party and wanted a pedicure. I paid over $100 for 2 kids pedicures with gel (and Christmas nail art) and all of her gel polish popped off within 3 days. I will not be going back, sadly.

As much as I would like to love my nails. My fingers have been absolutely botched. Anytime I winced in pain it was ignored. The heat from the electric file used on my cuticles burned me and I am now in extreme pain. For $70 I would love to say it’s worth it but it definitely was not for the experience I was given. 2 hour update. Last two photos. My ring finger has an actual gash in it. Bleeding finally slowed down. If I could get a refund I would. Just some advice for the shop if you have scheduled appointments they should not be rushed. Take your time and actually make sure you’re doing a good service.

My friend gave me a gift certificate for this nail salon. I had a pedicure. It was wonderful. The warm water. The massage. And the polish. My technician did an excellent job. I'm not from around here but I'd definitely make this my go to salon if I lived here!! ❤️❤️
