I went in for a pedicure and a full set. After paying $147, I was very disappointed. I repeatedly told the nail technician that my nails were twisted and not straight, and instead of fixing the issue, he laughed it off. That made me uncomfortable and unheard as a customer. Unfortunately, the pedicure wasn’t good either. I had high expectations because the reviews were positive, but my experience did not match what I read. I’m sharing my honest opinion as a customer, because it’s hard to trust reviews when the service turns out like this.

The guy who did my pedicure took less than 15 mins. Now although the polish was clear it was still a deluxe pedicure ($45). There was no/little leg massage, and he didn’t even fully remove my calluses (see pics below of after my pedicure while I’m still in the chair). Then we he got up I realized he had another client. While sitting there waiting for someone else to do my nails I notice he was hoping between two clients. This was purely a booking issue. And they kept booking people for same day on the phone while having walk in’s waiting. My advice service your current clients better before adding in more. I will not be back. Edit: To clarify I had an appointment booked. I was not a walk in

Went in for a pedicure and saw they offered gel-X. I decided to get a regular polish on my toes. They worked on both hands and feet at the same time which was nice because I was in a time constraint. However, I did not leave feeling like I got what I paid for ($112). The toe polish is not cleaned up and uneven, while somehow not covering the entire nail. For the gel X on my hands the first issue was the application of the nail. The tech did not push my cuticles back or cleanse or dehydrate the nail. She just buffed them and applied the glue and nail. Some of the nails were too small and not even covering the whole nail bed, causing lifting immediately after curing. The shape was alright, but I would have preferred more square. I also let the tech know that I wanted a design. When I showed

Gave this place a shot despite a few bad reviews. I called ahead to ensure I’d be able to get a full set at 5:30. When I arrived they were still working on the previous client - which no big deal. I checked in and waited. Asked for a simple medium length french tip set. My nail extensions were put on crooked and while I voiced my displeasure with them the tech just laughed at me and kept working. Kept pointing out the inconsistency in the thickness of each nail, and the lack of nail prep or care and again was just laughed at as he kept working. I haven’t had these on for a full week yet and they’re already separating from the natural nail. If you don’t want to take a client an hour and a half before you close just say that. To rush through the service I’m paying for then charge more than w
