I received an AMAZING men’s pedicure from Monique. Let me start by saying what a wonderful person she is. Very kind and caring and great to talk with. I was so blown away by how much I enjoyed the pedicure. The service she provided to me absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this pedicure. I got a premium hair cut and premium beard grooming with Ericka. She does an amazing job and is very friendly and an asset to the Fairlawn or Uniontown salon depending on where they have her working for the day. Her cheerfulness and conversation is a breath of fresh air. It makes the appointment feel like it is not being rushed. Being a VIP member of Hammer & Nails, I expect that type of member experience and not the “let’s get these chairs turned over” like at a place like Great Clips. I’ve always been pleased with how my hair and beard turn out with Ericka.

I’ve gotta give a massive shout-out to Tyrell at Hammer & Nails. Seriously, it was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, but it was the experience that really blew me away. Tyrell isn’t just some guy swinging clippers; he actually took the time to get to know me personally. We weren't just talking about hair—we actually had a real conversation, and he made me feel like a regular from the second I sat down. It’s rare to find someone who's that talented at their craft but also genuinely cares about the person in the chair. He went way above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ericka did a fantastic job! She took time to understand what I wanted. I had the First-Time Guest Haircut & Classic Beard Grooming and it looked great. Relaxed atmosphere. Leather chairs, individual TVs, humidor & bar are almost complete. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well organized and run business.

I booked my boyfriend a beard service for our anniversary, and it was great!!!!!! When they first opened, he took a look around and was given a tour, and was so interested he brought a pamphlet out! Today when he arrived the same nice lady who gave him a tour remember him by name which I feel is something that can be seen as so small yet so impactful! 10/10 already for atmosphere.. But beyond that he really enjoyed his experience with Tyrell, and he came home looking amazing! The trim looks great, his beard looks so healthy and still full. Thank you all for servicing my partner well! He will be back!
