I loved my experience here. JoAnn did my hair. She was very friendly and did a detailed work so gracefully and I only had to tell one time what I need, what a feel that is. She took the time to communicate and make sure I got what I want and how it will look for my hairtype. It's been ages since I felt I had a perfect haircut until today. I loved the atmosphere and affordable pricing. Thank you JoAnn and Prestige for making my day!

Extremely frustrating experience. I went in with a clear idea and showed a reference photo, expecting a similar result. Unfortunately, the haircut I received looked nothing like what I asked for. Instead of a burst fade with trimmed curls, the final result was completely off and uneven, closer to a mullet style. The whole service felt rushed, and it didn’t seem like my request was properly understood or followed. A professional barber should be able to match a basic reference picture, but that clearly didn’t happen here. What makes it worse is being charged $40 for a haircut that turned out completely different from what was requested. For that price, I expected attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, very disappointing experience and not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

I got my haircut by Joanne last week and she was great. Today my daughter got a wash, cut and straighten. My daughter loves her hair and is all smiles. Joanne is definitely patient, sweet and great with everyone. It's also great shes amazing with curly hair as well. I definitely recommend this place and Joanne.

I have curly hair and Elena gave me the best and longest lasting blowout! She’s super knowledgeable and does everything from curly hair to color. Plus it’s all reasonably priced!! Go to her!!

I had a very pleasant first experience here! I wanted a private area, and they took care of it, then Tara went the extra mile. She made sure the curtains are closed well, and when I was walking from my spot to the sink she made sure to put a towel on my head to cover my hair. She also understood what I wanted to do with my hair right away and I didn't have to repeat myself. She only asked the very necessary questions to make sure my expectations are met! She did an AMAZING job! She is very professional. Very. Thank you so much :)
