I truly appreciate our local newspaper and the work the team puts into keeping our community informed. The reporting is reliable, the stories are well written, and the coverage reflects what matters most to the people who live here. It’s a valuable resource, and I’m grateful to have it in our town.

The Shoreview Press is an important area asset. They do a lovely job on local news and election coverage. The candidate forums are very helpful. They cover local government and local sports carefully. And are the go to source of local ads for businesses.

A local resource and treasure; the Press is part of the fabric that makes White Bear Lake the community it is. The writing is quite good; complicated issues are laid out very well and presented without bias. There is no trace of the writer's point of view on a subject, nor should there be. The articles are informative, friendly and helpful. It always amazes me that the WB Press reporters are willing to sit through the complicated discussions that are often dry -- and then write a summary that is clear and easy to understand for the layman. They do this every week so rest of us can be informed, without needing to attend each meeting. It's really appreciated!
