absolutely love Nicole and Tammy - they always do an amazing job and pay great attention to detail! My mom sees Linda, and she is so sweet and does a great job. The entire team here is friendly, welcoming, and makes the experience relaxing every time. The salon is clean & organized. I used to come here regularly to get my nails done, but started doing them at home myself a couple years ago. Last month, I wanted them done professionally and went somewhere else and had a bad experience, so tonight I went back to Present, because my nails always looked good and held up well. I agree with the last reviewer, that things are very different. I didn't like the color (which I chose, so my own fault) and I thought maybe that's why I didn't like them, but as I was paying, the girl at the register looked at my nails and immediately got a nail file to try to fix them a bit. You aren't supposed to file gel after curing, it breaks the seal and the polish will not last. I went to get my nails done about 5 days ago, And they start peeling around 2nd day, I want back and they Fixed it a lady with no energy whatsoever did my nails she seemed she was with an attitude. My nails after not even 24 hours start peeling again, I got dip powder they last for 4 weeks. Not a good service. Updated: doing nails it is about passion, Nicole is the person who does a great job doing nails, she is very patient. Thanks for the owner who worries about the customers’ satisfaction.
