Even after I let Donna Ogo, the owner, know that I had another committment, she kept continously talking to another women that was sitting in the shop with me. The whole time, talk, talk, talk and the consequence being a terrible, terrible cut. She allowed me to look in the mirror at the back of my cut, and I requested that she make it more like a A-line. She simply said, "It's going to need to grow out more," and finished up as quickly as she could. I want Lara back! She apparently was fired. Needless to say, I will never go back...
