Great for client meetings when needed!

We have had our office in this fine office center for five years. Each of those years we have had nothing but extraordinary service and attention to our companies needs. The manager Lillian is wonderful and very attentive to our concerns. We love being a tenant at this facility. They even host an annual theme party for all us valued tenants.

I was just here to meet someone to sign some documents. Everything from parking, to the lobby was clean and we'll maintained. They have a table, chairs, other seating spaces and it was so convenient to sit & sign with the client.

Crowded with few amenities. The workspaces in downtown Long.Beach is much better, u can buy snacks there but not here. They have coffee and water and that's about it. I'm not sure if they have a lounge or not. At least the parking is free.
