I met Mr. Paul years ago. I believe him to be a gentle, humble man of good integrity. He has been cutting my grandson's hair from day 1 starting at age 1 til now age 12. Best barber and salon I know. Recommend it highly!!
Paul Cotton is the best. I've been going to him for years. No appointments are needed. Drop ins are welcome! Great cut at a reasonable price.
First time going and it was way better than I thought. I am very iffy about getting me hair cut by anyone but Mr. Paul hooked me up
Been going here since i was 10 and still go till this day and im 21 that should be enough to tell you how great of a job he does .
My barber here is one of the best barbers and hairstylist in Rocky Mount, N.C.
