I was surprised to learn that there was a salon in the back of this beauty supply store. I found a Groupo for my first visit but the pricing list for mani/pedi is affordable with great service. Snow was so kind and professional during my experience. Will be back and continue to recommend to others! Thank you for everything :)

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I clearly told the nail technician that I did not want my cuticles cut, but she ignored my request and continued anyway. The service was painful, and my nails were hurting afterward. There was also a significant language barrier, which made communication very difficult. They did not answer my questions or try to understand my concerns. Despite the poor service and discomfort, I was still charged $43. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this place.

Overall the nail technicians did a good job and were pleasant but the quality of the manicure was not what I’d expect for their pricing as I could’ve used another coat and they could’ve taken their time to get closer to the cuticle

Don't let the location stop you from visiting. The unimposing store front hides a full-service salon and beauty supply that has class and excellent service. Refreshing. I can see it becoming a little oasis for the local bourgeois like me. I stumbled in during the heatwave on a trip to Lowe's and it felt like I was in New York or San Francisco. I was greeted warmly and invited to browse around. It's a fairly large space. The beauty supply up front is bright, clean & well stocked. They have an impressive variety of all the expected products and more. With a lot more colors than one usually finds in Portlands beauty suppliers. There are imported product lines, interesting tchotchke things and uncommon self-care products to discover. I think the perfume display and selections could rival B

So much to take in. But it's amazing. I bought some 2 dollar polish and i swear I've never had such good quality 🙃 . Everything seems extremely well processed to reasonable. I couldn't find prices for most things tho which made me leave a lot behind, i have to much anxiety to ask... I'll be back for a rainbow of colors. ASAP
