My kids and I regularly get our haircuts at Premier Barber Academy, and we've always had a fantastic experience. The environment is welcoming, professional, and community-driven. Instructor Eliezer is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly attentive and supportive to his students. He teaches them not just how to cut hair, but how to provide excellent customer service, something that really shows in every visit. It's inspiring to watch the students grow into confident, capable barbers, gaining real-world experience while giving back to the community. The academy does more than just teach a trade, it provides a path forward for young people during challenging times. Supporting this place feels like supporting something bigger!!! ✨️

I recently visited **Premiere Barber Academy** after my previous stylist moved away. I’ve never been a fan of corporate salons, so I decided to give this place a try since it’s within walking distance. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and felt welcome. My wait was less than five minutes before Pattie was assigned to cut my hair. She did an excellent job, guided and coached by several experienced individuals throughout the process. It was one of the best haircut experiences I’ve had — not just because of the result, but because of the supportive team atmosphere. It’s great to have a place nearby where you can help someone work toward their goal of becoming a licensed barber. I would highly recommend Premiere Barber Academy and will definitely be returning.

Being a Waukeganite all my life, I always get excited when a opportunity presents itself to help the younger generation. Having heard that this academy is teaching the art of Barber and Making people beautiful. I had to give them a try. Well. Mr.E and his Son are teaching their skills and showcasing some amazing talent. I called to ensure they took walk-ins and they did. So one a Saturday afternoon i went in and was greeted warmly and shown gratitude for having come in. Leo, a student came and immediately welcomed me. He showed me to his station and explained why he was training to be a Barber. Needless to say, He provided a complete haircut, shape up , beard trim with a hot towel service. Great experience all around. Friendly staff and environment. This was my first time there and Chaz hooked it up with a fresh cut. Great guy and great cut. I absolutely will be back!
