I have been going to Joe the owner of Precise barber shop since I was a kid. Now my two little boys go there as well. Joe gives myself and my children the best haircuts around. He’s not only always on time but he treats my two children like they are his own. Joe is very accommodating when it comes to days and times I need to fit into my busy schedule. It’s a family feel when you go to Precise everyone is friendly and treats you with respect. I 100% recommend this barber shop.

Booked a presidential cut and hot towel shave which states is an hour long process for $50.95 using “The Cut” app which ranks and rates barbers in the area. Owner Joe Rodriguez is ranked 4.7 out of 5 so I thought I would be ok. Not so. Unfortunately for me this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received coupled with the horrible service (1/2 hour) (on the phone constantly) (talking nonstop with friend) this spot will never get a return customer out of me. To be specific the haircut was so bad I balded it as soon as I got home. That bad and I’m not a picky person. Haircut took less than 15 minutes no blend nothing. Left the “hot towel “ on my face and went outside to talk for another 10 minutes, towel got cold lol,shaved for like 5, shook me off and done. That was the “presidential c

Just went down, for a hot shave and haircut from Joe. I have been trying to find a good barber for months now. As I am new to the area. I without a doubt I’ve never gotten such a good haircut. Joe was friendly, he was upfront and he did such a good job! I would recommend anyone go here before you try anywhere else!

Called for a walk in and they agreed they can do it when I got there one of the barbers was busy while the other one was on the phone didn’t even acknowledge my son and I for 20 min. When I asked if busy he told me to give him a minute so he can finish his call then his appointment came in . Could’ve avoided all of this if he said once we walked in that he is busy . Never again. Rude, nasty customer service
