The service was fast, pain free and exceptional. Customer service was great. I had to braid my hair before work and I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this salon to anyone. My daughter and I had our hair done at this place for the first time. Since they're closer to where I live I was hoping that I would like it so I could come back later. First off she did not start working on our hair on time. I had to wait an hour and my daughter at least three hours. She started someone else's hair instead of my daughter and I. Secondly, even if i told the stylist how we want the style and send her a picture. The picture I sent was even from her own website. She makes my hair size so big and felt rushed to finish it, so it doesn't look like anything I want it. When I complained about it she argued and say they're medium. At the end, she even asked for more to pay than we have agreed on the phone. I almost paid $400 for both of our big size hair that did not even meet our

Long story…. Let me start by saying this was our First, and last TIME giving them our hard earned money. When we were on our way from WI almost a two hour drive! Most people I know wouldn’t bother. However my daughter was starting her 1st year of High school two days later. I called the lady to let her know her know we were running about 15 minutes behind she told me not to worry, and to take our time. When we arrived we chose the hair my daughter liked for her Medium knotless braids. They had four different teens getting their hair done. No place for my daughter we sat down in their makeshift lobby. Next to a stale muffin and half drank bottles of water. I waited 20 minutes with my 14 year old who has a cell phone. She is an amazing stylist. Very quick and fast and knows how to style you the way you like it. She's very popular and in high demand so be patient when you get there and she will take excellent care of you. 10/10 service she's very kind and very gracious.

This was the second appointment in a row that was disappointing. The first time she was 35 minutes late with no excuse for the appointment I booked and paid the deposit for my child to get braids for their birthday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and second chance today. Booked an appointment for 9:30am. The doors were locked, phone calls went unanswered. I choose to leave the parking lot at 9:45am. She requires customers to pay a deposit to ensure they are there, but she does not give that same courtesy. I requested a refund for the deposit since the appointment was clearly not going to happen on time, if at all. Respect customers time!
