The sample was fantastic, and I was excited to place a bulk order. Initially, I left a lower review due to frustration with their communication—I had trouble getting a response for weeks. However, the president of Pravada personally reached out, explained that the delays were due to internal email server issues, and took the time to fulfill my order herself. Not only did she resolve the issue, but she also provided extensive feedback and worked with me to ensure I could offer the best possible product to my customers. While the process started off rocky, they ultimately stepped up and showed a real commitment to customer service. If you're looking for a long-term partner, Pravada is a great choice!

Liquid Tech decided to dissolve their company overnight and not tell their clients who rely on them for private labeling products. So after research and reaching out I found Pravada. I reached out via email explaining my situation and got a personal phone call back an hour later!! I have emailed them thrice and have had no response. I loved their product line and wanted to test some samples for my own company. Seems like they are not interested in the business. Highly unprofessional. After reading my review they contacted me within mins.....my emails were going to their Junk folder. I guess we all need to check that folder for important emails from time to time. Thank you.

Impressive customer service. Staff quickly pick up the phone. Very pleasant experience of communication. Sales rep Wendy Moreno shown deep knowledge of product, and business related details.
