I was struggling with knee issues and ankle mobility when I came here. My biggest breakthrough from working with Yao was finally being able to train and race again. My specific result was breaking 20 in the 5k after working with Yao for two months which is a goal I’ve been working towards for a year but was unable to because of my knee issues.
