I typically base my nail review after 2-3 days with gel polish because that’s when I’ve had bad experiences of the polish peeling and chipping away. This time I got a standard hard gel in which I just wanted a natural gel overlay on my natural nail to maintain my length. I didn’t really want any color outside of a subtle pink. James did a great job listening to my concerns about my abnormal nail and me wanting it to look as normal as possible with the builder gel. He was very careful and attentive making sure all my nails were filed and shaped evenly. I do however wish the gel was slightly thinner because after 3 days it already started to look like I needed a fill.( shown in first 2 photos) (last 2 pics were day I got them done) I would definitely go to James again with the added suggesti

Been going to Posh Nails & Beauty Bar since they first opened and even after management and nail technicians changed, it remains my go to spot. It took a while to find new nail tech as great as my previous, but after working w/ Cherry, I knew she’d be my favorite. She’s very hard working, sweet and detail oriented.

I went in to get a gel mani and gel pedi. The woman that did my service was rushing and going so fast, I had to tell her to slow down. I understand having other clients but I booked my appointment at 10am I should’nt be rushed because they overbooked. After my pedi this is how my feet looked, I asked her why does my feet look like this she told me I need a callusus removal. I asked her why didn’t she tell me this during the service and told her this isn’t good I can’t leave like this. She told me it’s $10 more, I don’t care about the price I care about the service. Now the bottom of my feet have lines on it from how she scraped them without soaking them in water and only applied the calluses gel for 1 minute before she started using that grating tool. She did my manicure and I had to take

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year now and while they have talented technicians (Paris, Della), the past three appointments have been completely disrespectful with an additional 30+ mins of waiting past the scheduled time. Management needs to seriously reconsider and stop accepting so many walk in’s when there are scheduled appointments. Today alone, I walked in as Della was removing another customer’s gel polish and was told “she’s almost done”. Designs are worth it, my time is not - never again

I had such a great experience at this nail salon. The space is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff is genuinely kind. Mandy did my nails and absolutely nailed it. Her attention to detail and precision really stood out, and she made sure I was happy every step of the way. Tiffany was also wonderful, warm, professional, and clearly takes pride in the quality of service here. If you’re looking for a nail shop where the technicians truly care about their work and your experience, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back.
