I LOVE this salon! I've been going here for over a year, every 2 months and I see Kelsey for a partial blonde highlight and she always nails it. I am so picky about my blonde and I've gone to a range of "blonde specialists" but Kelsey is the BEST. She knows exactly what she's doing. The prices are very reasonable and you get the best service. The salon is beautiful, and the other stylists are so friendly.

Just because I had a fully booked schedule for the weekend and you guys were closed as well, doesn’t mean I didn’t find the time to finally voice this concern when I got the chance to. I do not care to have another blowout service for free. I just did not feel that the blowout was worth the $50 I paid and would’ve otherwise wanted to get the money back to keep or to use on a different blowout service that’s well worth the money at a different salon. I did not demand for a refund, rather I asked if there were any other compromises to be made. I called once or twice earlier but no more than that and then was called back by the salon and continued the communication over text but was not demanding anything in the slightest.
