I had the most amazing experience at Reset Scalp Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and so welcoming. The staff took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. My scalp felt refreshed, clean, and so rejuvenated afterward! It was like a spa day just for my hair and scalp! Not only was the service relaxing, but I also noticed my scalp felt healthier, lighter, and my hair had a natural shine. It’s such a unique treatment that you don’t realize how much your scalp needs until you try it. I can’t recommend Reset Scalp Spa enough! I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

From the scalp analysis, exfoliation, and oxygen infusion to the Milbon pro hair treatment, steam hydration, and the best head & scalp massage I’ve ever had—it was luxury at every step. The state-of-the-art massage beds alone are worth raving about. My scalp feels so healthy, and my hair is unbelievably clean and soft. I cannot stop touching it. Sam booked the Renewal Ritual (90 mins) which included a facial cleanse, facial massage, serum infusion, hydrating mask, and scalp therapy—she came out glowing and blown away from her bday treatment! Came here in a group for my daughters birthday who wanted some self care and self care was spot on from start to finish. Scheduling was online, detailed services, smooth process. When we arrived we felt very welcomed by all staff, all friendly and attentive the entire time. We did the Phillip B Method and very glad we did because it was amazing ! The hair blow out at the end with the massage of neck and shoulders was incredible. The business was very clean, great fragrance, relaxing music, and delicious snack. Loved that add ons was not forced on us. Overall very very satisfied, in fact ready to book another visit with my girls. Thank you Reset for the great experience.

First visit to Reset Head Spa and I was so impressed!! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and my masseur, Mia was very professional and knowledgeable. The service started with a scalp analysis , followed by an hour ish of wash and massage - absolutely amazing. They even served a snack tray with fruits, pastry and tea afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommnded !
