Posh Nails (Overland Park)

I’ve been here before to get my acrylics soaked off, but this was by far my worst experience. It started off fine, but the technician mentioned that taking off acrylics “ruins her day,” which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She seemed visibly bothered that I needed them removed. Unfortunately, she was very rough with my hands and cut me multiple times. The drill stayed on my pinky nail for too long even after I said it was getting hot, and it ended up cutting into my nail bed. Overall, it was painful and disappointing. I will not be returning.

I have been going here for last 2 years. They take their time and do a great job. There was couple time they even repaired my nail when I broke it just after two to three days after getting them done. I see Cathy and she does an amazing job.

Poor management, lack personal skills and terrible customer service. Now, I will be clear to say that this is probably not the case for everyone there but this is my experience, and I’ve been here 3 times, yes 3! trying to find a good nail technician, but did not succeed. So, my first time was with a Russian lady who I don’t think works there anymore. Anyway she took ages and the gel lasted 5 days in some fingers. Second time saw Mia, very confident, not a bad job, not perfect but again, I decided to just ignore the issues. Third time saw Lin. All of them have a very abrupt, sometimes rude approach and that is tiring. Let me remind you, we are PAYING customers. Anyway, I had gel with chrome and the chrome was not placed entirely on the nails. Went back the next day and the lady at receptio

Disappointed in Posh Nails. The girl did a decent job in about 22 minutes. Used hand motions and taps for when to move my feet. Not friendly at all. What happened to the 40 minute standard pedicure? I’d say what I got was good if it would have been more like a mini pedicure for twenty dollars!

I’ve been going here for YEARS! They always do amazing and shout out to my favorite nail tech, Hannah! She always does it amazingly, and my nails always turn out beautiful and attract plenty of compliments. The young girl at the register is a wonderful worker and definitely knows her stuff… she’s super efficient (give her a raise ;p)
