Posh Nail Lounge

I’ve been looking for a nail salon for a while since I moved here and posh will not be one of them! This was my second time going the first time the lady that did my nails was extremely rude I let it roll off my back since I picked a pretty complicated design but I absolutely loved the nails and decided to go back. I picked a very simple basic inspo pic for my nails once again (different lady) extremely rude to me and very passive aggressive and my nails look so bad. They are slanted not even straight! And she filed them one side too much. Also wasn’t even filed enough down at the bottom they are coffin but extremely sharp on the bottom. I decided to book with posh for the second time ever after not going for a few years. I did book an appointment in advance. The appointment was set for 6pm. I was seated immediately but my nails were not started until about 6:30pm or later. I was asked if I wanted a drink so I chose a mimosa but I took about two sips of it because I realized it was not a real mimosa. It tasted like the juice used in it was sunny d which was very off putting. Probably the most underwhelming mimosa I've ever had. Anyway, the lady who did my nails was Jackie. She was SO sweet and attentive. That's not the type of energy i usually encounter at nail shops so she was the best part of my visit. I did not leave until a little after 8pm (the shop closes at 7). I had a manicure pedicure here. They were busy and sat me in the pedicure chair promptly. I waited a little over an hour. I didn't mind the wait, my issue was the rushed manicure that I received. Not happy with that treatment at all. If you bring me in and make me wait, I still deserve better service or they should have turned me away at the door.

6 ⭐️ if I could. They eat down every time I go, I even had them do my wedding nails a few months back. I live aaallllll the waaayyy in Spring,TX but will continue to take the drive for beautiful work 🫶
