Posh Babe Beauty bar

My manicure is all crooked and bumpy. Only gave 2 stars because the tech was nice. They also overcharge. It’s way expensive for the quality received. I could have done a better job at home. I will definitely not be going back. I will need to get them redone this weekend. (And yes, they lock people out, I had to knock to be allowed in, businesses should be open during business hours, so shady.)

I can not give enough stars to this salon!! I had the best experience I've ever had getting my nails done. This brand new beauty bar just recently opened and are already killing it!! Let me preface this with I've been doing my nails for 8 years now and have had some bad experiences at other salons that made me constantly take breaks but after my experience at Posh Babe Beauty Bar, I feel I can say confidently I found my salon. Constanza my nail tech was amazing, very talented showing me the new acrylic gel sculpting technique for my nails which I am obsessed with and will never go back to regular gel acrylics and had some badass nails on her that she did on herself!! I had an overall wonderful experience at Posh beauty bar. It’s the perfect, chic new nail salon right in Kendall. Their service was top notch! I got to enjoy a Mimosa while getting my nails done 😋 They’re very friendly and provide such a great service! I went in for an acrylic refill and gel mani and they did a great job. they were gentle and paid attention to detail. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Yesterday, Thursday October 20, I had an appointment at 4pm. I came at 3:50pm but the place was closed. I called several times, knocked on doors, and contact them on Instagram. I waited until 4:30pm and no one showed up. Someone contacted me couple minutes after that, offered me to come back in 25 minutes, which means at 5pm. Which I did and again waited 30minutes outside, with again no one showing up. I can understand we all have emergencies, but what I don't understand is not informing accordingly customers, that is rude and unprofessional. That was my first and last experience with them.

This nail bar is amazing! I would definitely recommend ! The staff is super friendly and the place is beautiful and great ambiance found me a new place for all my beauty needs .
