Portland Bodywork

I’ve been going to Rich for massage for about six months now. I am very particular about my massages and the type of bodywork I get done because of some upper body issues I have from growing up as a dancer. Rich is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly professional with his appointments. The massage studio is very cozy and clean. He is always checking to make sure the pressure and everything is good. I feel like he really listens to what I need. I’m very happy I found Portland Bodywork! I would recommend him to anyone!

I received a massage from Rich at Portland Bodywork . I had been in discomfort due to plantar fasciitis in one of my feet . Rich did some really great work on my much needed aches and pains. He also gave extra attention to addressing my concerns . Upon leaving I felt so much better all over . My foot issue resolved itself and is no longer bothering me . I am very happy to have discovered Rich , he is very knowledgeable and experienced . I sent my daughter to see him when she was in a lot of pain and he amazingly eased the intense shoulder pain she was experiencing in the one visit . I look forward to more massages for my overall maintenance soon. I cant recommend him enough . Do yourself and your body a favor and book a massage with Rich , he is the best !

I have been receiving massage therapy with Rich for the past couple of years. I have chronic issues with my low back and shoulders. After my sessions I get a significant amount of relief which last for days and increases my range of motion and ease of moving. He spends time at the start of the session to review my current pain and mobility levels and check in on any new issues. He does a great job of checking in throughout my therapy to ensure the pressure is at the correct level and is helping with the area. Great person and Great Massage Therapist.
