Customer Reviews
The team there was very nice, the environment was calm, and overall atmosphere was good. The pricing was also lower than I've experienced at other shops. The nail technician took her time and was a perfectionist in getting the shaping right. The only reason I put down for a 3 was due to the cuticle work and cuts. At this shop the technician used an electric file to remove cuticles completely, but the closeness of the filing left my cuticle line stinging and with redness along the cuticle line. While the team was nice, getting my nails done is a relaxing time for me and I don't want to deal with stinging hands while getting my nails done so I won't be back.
Usually love this place, but the nail tech I got today was horrible. I was cut multiple times and left the shop with dried blood on my fingers, she didn’t go all the way on the nail polish making it appear as if I need a refill, made the nails look bulky plus I have air bubbles in many of my nail. Super disappointed today
New to the area my first visit and the service I ask for was a detox pedi! Okkkk so boom I guess it’s my fault for not asking questions. Nonetheless, this was the most brutal experience ever! I had been maintaining my own pedi and thought let me go get pampered! The experience was in fact the most painful I have ever experienced. From the pressure point massage to the clipping of the cuticle I got home and had more than one toe with cuts. Tech was informative very educational. When she said, “You regret asking for this service”and looked up with a smirk, I knew then the treatment was intentionally painful. If a client states hey that’s enough stop you don’t keep going because the service on the menu requires it. Please share with your clients what the Detox service will require so they do
I came here when my boyfriend said he was gonna treat me to a pedicure. I’m here to the area so I decided to go here because it’s next to the gym I go to. The price is right and the way that she massaged my legs and painted my nails was perfect. It’s just that I think she took too much off the side with whatever tool she was using and so when I was done, it felt a little raw for a few days and I didn’t like that.
I went for the first time today. Helen and Henry were awesome. They paid close attention to everything and detail I requested. This is my new nail salon.
