I had an incredible experience at Poppy & Fern Hair Studio! Michelle was amazing—after six months with no color, she matched my inspo photo perfectly. I also really needed someone who understands military hair regulations, and she immediately got that everything had to be subtle, blended, and low-key. That can be a nightmare to explain, but she just gets it. She’s so easy to talk to (hairdressers and bartenders really do hear it all!) and made the whole appointment comfortable and fun. The private suite setup is super convenient and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough, truly. She did EXACTLY what I asked for!!! It looks so good and I feel so confident. Her space is beautiful, and she is so kind and easy to talk to. I drove all the way from Potsdam and it was 100% worth it. She even fixed the haircut I had gotten a few days prior from someone else because she wanted me to look good. The price was so reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend!!!!! (I wish I could add videos because what I asked for is so hard to capture in a picture, but I added the inspo pic!)

Michelle was extremely personable and fun to chat with! She did AMAZING on my curly hair. She really took her time and made sure I was loving it through the process! I couldn’t recommended her more, 10/10!!

Michelle is wonderful! I got an all-over color with highlights and a cut, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She really took the time to listen and talk through exactly what I wanted, and the results were perfect. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone 😊
