I am writing to formally report a serious and unacceptable incident that occurred during my minor daughter’s wisdom tooth extraction procedure at your clinic. During the placement of an IV for anesthesia, a young woman who was not identified as a nurse or licensed medical professional — and appeared to be front-desk staff — entered the procedure room. She attempted to start the IV without wearing gloves, repeatedly inserting and redirecting the needle when she was unable to locate a vein. My daughter was visibly distressed and was, in effect, treated as a trial subject. This alone represents a grave breach of medical standards. However, the situation escalated further when the same individual carelessly threw used IV materials and packaging onto a tray that had been prepared for sterile

Very unprofessional and unacceptable experience. Before the procedure, I clearly told the dentist to remove only two wisdom teeth from my wife. However, after putting her under anesthesia, they removed four teeth without consent. When my wife realized this after the procedure and we questioned them, the staff responded with extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. This is a serious violation of trust. I do not recommend this dentist. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I came here January 10 to get my teeth cleaned. It was totally not worth it you guys. All he did was scrap my teeth and made be bleed excessively! I let him know he was hurting me and he continued to say bleeding is good . If I’m sitting here making pain noises the entire time it’s a problem. He finished “cleaning” my teeth in 5 minutes again only scraping my teeth so roughly and in the end threw mouth wash to finish. My teeth were sore for 2 days after that and had red blood clots. I was scared that they would feel/ look like that forever!They also gave me expired toothpaste from October. Could’ve definitely kept up with throwing away old products. I told them I would not be coming back. I highly recommend that you guys do not come here ! Save your time and save yourself from the pain!

Was here a couple weeks ago to get my wisdom teeth removed, the staff was friendly and receptionist Crystal made the process very essay and quickly and professionally answered all my questions as I was a little nervous. Definitely recommend going here if you need any teeth removed.

I have a crown done last year and exactly 12 months and 1 week the crown coming off, I call and they make a appointment the crown was cracked from the bottom and the doctor said it’s not he glued and charged me $28.00 after a week coming off again I don’t going to wasting my time to call again I’m looking for someone else
