Pompadour Hair Salon

I always get my hair done here. I live in Lake ridge, Pompadour Hair Salon is my favorite. In Lake ridge, no one does my hair right like Lisa at Pompadour Hair Salon. Lisa, always know how I want my hair to be done. Always take the time to listen to me. She does a fabulous when I visit her salon.

I have had good experiences with the hair stylists at Pompadour, but I've only had my hair done by Lisa and more recently by Vicky. Vicky is a magician with my hair! She has an eye for finding the style and length I want and you can not beat the price! Great service and a kind personality too. Thank you Vicky for taking me even when I was running so late! My husband loves my haircut and so do I.

Terrible experience.. I will never use them again. The owner Vicki and another I think Valerie is the other one, could not be licensed hairstylists. I went in for a shampoo, conditioner, and blowout, but they didn’t apply any conditioner after using a subpar shampoo that felt more like dish detergent, leaving my hair extremely tangled. I’ve never experienced such severe tangling my entire life. Only after I requested conditioner did they apply it, but instead of carefully detangling my hair, they sneakily cut the back of it without informing me. My eyes were covered with a towel due to a recent eye surgery, so I couldn’t see what was happening. I've meant to write a review for a while, but one thing led to another, and it's been a year already. After moving to Woodbridge, I've tried a few salons, and they're hit or miss, similar to trying a haircut at a hair cuttery. I'm glad I found this place, and especially Vicky. I'm sure the other stylists at this salon are great as well, but I've been fortunate to have found Vicky, and I haven't had a need to try a different stylist. Vicky is truly a master stylist. She takes her time and assesses the hair growth pattern. I've been going to her for a year, and now I go in for a schedule and have a pleasant conversation, and she knows exactly what I want in a haircut. I couldn't be happier.

I have been going to this salon for 15 years! After Nancy retired 3 years ago, Margo has been doing my hair and she is amazing! From color to highlights to cuts and styles I have always left there extremely happy. I can't tell you how many times I have been stopped at a store and told how great my hair looks from strangers! When Margo was unavailable, I went to Elaine who is awesome as well! You cannot go wrong at this salon!
