The positive: The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly! The tech gave me an excellent foot massage and did a great job on my heels. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the pedicure service. It seemed to be very rushed. My cuticles were not pushed down at all. My tech barely clipped around my nails, and did not do anything under them. No effort was made on my ingrown big toes. I'm fairly sure I only got one layer of gel - the coverage is poor. I expected a LOT more for over $70.

It was my first time going, I had high expectations after reading all the reviews Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. The staff is friendly but the service was poor. He cut my toe nails way too short, two of them were cut in a weird angle for no reason, he didn't do anything to the bottom part of the nails or around the toes, the color application is bad. I have paint on my skin too and in other toes not evenly covering the whole nail and the color is uneven. The extra charge when you use a card (unnecessary). I'm sad about my experience (I was looking forward to my pedicure).
