Always Nails Spa

I have been a regular loyal customer at Always Nails for 2 years and I can not say enough positive things about this place! Everyone is always so welcoming and feel so comfortable the moment I walk through the door. Alex always goes above & beyond to make sure my nails are perfect and the whole appointment feel pampered like a Queen. (I recommend trying the Hot Stone pedicure - soooo relaxing) I have watched this place switch over ownership seamlessly too with Angela taking over who has done an amazing job too! Everything is always clean & everyone is always professional and friendly! I always look forward to my monthly appointments. :)

Always Nails Spa is my new favorite spot! The salon is super clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the quality of their nail work is excellent. I was impressed by how friendly and cheerful the staff were. Definitely worth every penny!

My first time here. My wife wanted me to go with her for a manicure and pedicure. It was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure and experience was very nice. I didn’t know what to expect but what I got was a pleasant and personal experience. I have to adjust my review. I saw the owner walking around and maybe I expect too much be he could have at least come by to talk to any of the patrons of his business and say something, he did not and when my wife asked for a certain mail ‘style’ she said he wasn’t very friendly.

Took my wife for nails and this Asian lady have ZERO patience. We were asking for different options and she was like have you ever done nails? You are not letting me do my work and all non sense. Seriously?? We pay you because you excel at what you do and you could suggest what's best for a given scenario of a customer. Not to be arrogant of what you know. . Do you know how your payment screens work, how to build your website/appointment schedule and all. You NEED to learn how to talk first. .

I have been going to Always Polished for over a year!! I have never had an issue with any of the stylist there and have loved all of them! They are friendly, polite and the environment is very inviting and relaxed. I drive all the way from Mt Airy to get my nails done by these folks!!
