I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience today. I called yesterday at 5:21 PM and specifically scheduled an appointment with Sophia for today at 3:15 PM. I arrived on time, only to be told that Sophia was overbooked and unable to take me. I was then asked to wait an additional hour if I wanted her service. I drove over 30 minutes from Glen Burnie specifically to have my nails done by Sophia, and waiting an extra hour was not an option, as I already had other plans. I would not have come if I had known my appointment would not be honored. Instead, I was sent to another technician. She began cleaning my nails and cut me during the process.
