I had a very disappointing experience with Ahmed. I brought my mother in for a toner and a haircut and clearly explained the color she wanted. He completely disregarded it. Her hair turned a copper/orange tone that she really did not like, and he did not make any effort to fix it. The haircut he gave her was also very basic and poorly done – uneven and not at all what we asked for. Despite the bad result, he still charged her $150. For my own hair, I only had highlights done on the top of my head, and he charged $200. There was no toner or correction included, and some sections turned out orange and patchy. For the prices he charges, I expected professional work and good customer service. Instead, we left unhappy with both the color and the cut, and no attempt was made to fix the mistakes.

This is a great hair salon. If only they would join the modern world and update their booking system, with an eye to their customers' convenience it would be terrific.
