Polished Nail Spa

I’ve been coming to Polished Nail Spa for years, always happy when I leave. Always busy but that’s a good thing! Got another cat eye color today & it’s beautiful! Would totally recommend 10x over.

I've been coming to Polished Nail for four years now. I've never once left there disappointed nor have I ever left there feeling like they didn't put their best effort into trying whatever it is I give them for an idea. They have always gone above and beyond and my nails are always done with precision and care.

I’ve been a loyal client of Polished for years and have always had great experiences, which is why this recent visit was so disappointing. Until now, I had never had a single issue and trusted the salon because their technicians consistently did a solid job. During my most recent visit for a manicure and pedicure, a newer technician was assigned to my pedicure. I didn’t think much of it, as I’ve always had confidence in the staff. Unfortunately, while working on my cuticles, she cut my toe quite badly. She seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and repeatedly dunked my foot into the soapy water, which was painful and uncomfortable. At the same time, another technician was doing my manicure, and the combination of pain, confusion, and stimulation made what should have been a relaxing

Seven does my nails all the time and he definitely takes his time to make sure each nail is the same size and length he has done many sets on me for the pink swirl long acrylic I showed him the the picture and he did exactly that he never disappoints

i’ve been here so many times and they typically do a great job but i went and got a pedicure and SNS and when the lady gave me my pedicure she with no warning ripped out both sides of my toenail ( i have never had ingrowns) and now a day later my toe is infected. my SNS nails turned out great but do not recommend for pedicures unless you want to be left in pain and with and infection. also there was no sanitation package for the tools she used.
