VERY DECIEVING WITH PRICES!!!! I called prior to coming in this past Sunday to see if there was a wait and to confirm the price for sns. I was told twice on the phone that removal and re-do was $48. So I took my cousin to both get our nails done- I was getting sns and she was getting gel. My cousins nail tech started off by filing her nails down quite literally to as short as possible. Her nails started well above her nail bed and were filed to an almost painful length. She asked for a rounded shape- no legth taken off. She was rightfully very frustrated by this. Then once her color was finished it was all over her cuticles. It just seemed like her nail tech was being very quick and careless. My nail tech fortunately was the opposite- very slow and careful. Lily took amazing care of me. This is the best nail tech experience that I have ever had in my life. Not only was she kind and fun to joke with, but she also took her time to make sure every detail was correct. We even changed the plan once we realized that what I initially asked for was not going to look the way I wanted it to on my hand. She encouraged me to scrap the idea and suggested a different idea that I loved more. Lily is passionate about what she does and takes a lot of pride in the results. Clean and friendly place to get your nails done. I watched several staff members cleaning their stations after someone left. Some of the technicians are quieter than others, but the service has been great each time I've went. Prices are fair - about $30 for a pedicure or manicure. I'd recommend this location.

As another reviewer stated, this business is very deceptive with pricing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place even for something simple. I understand inflation, but charging $20 to remove nails with nail clippers is price gauging at its finest. There are lots of other salons with better pricing in the area with great work. I recommend trying one of those.

I have to say i like the service however the material used is not in the best quality. Nails extremely thin if you work hard and you need durable nails don't waste your money here. I get my nails done saturday, Monday i had a nail peeling off because they leave a bubble in my nail polish and today Wednesday i am already missing a nail. 55 dollars thrown in the trash. I added pictures so people don't think i am bashing.
