Love Sugar Polish! They are very professional and clean! I recommend making an appointment as they can get very busy. I always bring an inspo pic and no matter who does my nails, they always turn out perfect! I have tried many salons in Atlanta and I can say Sugar Polish is the best.

They always do a great job when I get my nails done here and I don’t wait long! I normally get gel manicures and regular pedicures. I’ve gotten plain gel, ombre, chrome and designs before that last 3 weeks or more. I will say sometimes the chrome doesn’t last as long but I think that happens often with chrome anywhere.

I had such a great experience getting a manicure/pedicure here! They knew i was nervous about how my nails would turn out (bc they’re my wedding nails) but reassured me they knew what i wanted and they could do it. They were so right! My sns manicure by Ann turned out so beautiful and natural exactly like i wanted! Nikki also did a great job with my pedicure and I’m now ready to get married!

I came in requesting a sheer SNS manicure. I was told SNS didn’t have sheer options, so the tech applied clear SNS with a gel color on top for an extra charge. The final result did not look sheer or natural as requested. There was also NO cuticle prep, and visible grow-out was noticeable almost immediately after the service. Proper cuticle prep is a standard part of an SNS manicure, and the grow-out appeared to be from application/prep issues, not nail growth. I contacted the salon to address this and was told there would be no refund or redo because 13 days had passed. I was also told that cuticle prep is something clients have to request and that cold weather and handwashing caused my nails to grow out faster. Visited today after brunch to have SNS removed from my nails and was told there would be a 15-minute wait. No problem, as it was Sunday and they were busy. However, 15 minutes turned into 30. I believe the owner was the technician who removed the SNS. She rushed through the service, aggressively drilling into my nails before applying acetone with cotton wraps. I waited another 15-20 minutes before she returned to remove the wraps because she was moving around, waxing another client, and attending to other tasks. When she finally came back, she filed the remaining SNS off by hand filing instead of using a drill, which I have never seen done before. She filed so hard that she scratched my nail beds.
