Polished Nail & Skin Boutique

I have been going to Polished Boston for about a year now and I’ll never look back. Energy is so important to me and the energy here is fun, loving, and hilarious. And of course, they also do amazing work. My nails look fabulous each time whether I’m trying out a design or keeping it simple. I get the structured manicure, and my nails have never been healthier (pics are natural nails). I have also never received as many compliments on my nails as I have since I started going to Polished. I typically see Katie (although I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone there) and she’s so talented and so nice. Shannon is the owner and she’s everything. I have so much love and respect for this place and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

I started going to Shannon at Polished in January and I love it. It has a great vibe - cozy, friendly, kind community. I love my nails, structured gel is a game changer. I've never kept up a regular manicure habit before but I will at Polished. Shannon is super kind, wise, and funny, and I love chatting while she's doing my nails. Highly recommended!

Katie does AMAZING nail art. I send her several pictures ahead of time and she designs exactly what I’m dreaming of. Shannon’s salon is impeccable. She wants the best working for her and it shows. She is the nicest human and cares so much for her business, her employees, and her customers and you can tell because of the way she interacts with her longtime clients. She stands behind her salons work and wants you to be happy, and I’ve been nothing but! I only expected to go once and I won’t go anywhere else now!

1000000/10- I first came to Polished after years of getting dip and my nails were weak and fragile. This whole last year I’ve been seeing Shannon and her technique with structured gel manicures made my natural nails literally brand new. Gel on my nails lasts 3+ weeks. The vibe is honestly indescribable. There’s talking, music, laughing, and zero judgment. Something I’ve been looking for in a nail salon for a long time. This place is more than just a nail salon though, it’s an experience. I walk out of there feeling positively charged with flawless nails. I’m so lucky to have found Polished. My forever go-to! 🩷

I have been looking for someplace great and i’ve found it! I saw Abigail for a gel manicure today and it came out perfect. I like a french manicure with black or another dark color and one little dot at the base of my nail. i’ve asked for this at other places and been disappointed for one reason or another but Abigail got it right away and even mixed two shades together for the perfect base color. the space is small and very comfortable, it was busy but not overbooked. it was more expensive than some of the other places in arlington that i’ve been to but not by very much and it was worth every single penny.
