Polished Nail Lounge

I was really looking forward to my appointment after booking online and waiting about a week to see Mylein, as recommended. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told to wait a few minutes, which was perfectly fine. However, when it was time for my appointment, a different technician came to do my nails. She was incredibly sweet and tried her best, but it quickly became clear that she was new and had difficulty understanding what I wanted, even when I showed her a reference photo. Another technician had to step in to help translate. While I truly appreciated her effort and attention to detail, a few of my nails ended up noticeably crooked. What was most frustrating was realizing halfway through that I wasn't with the technician I had specifically requested and waited for. When I brought thi

went for the first time for graduation. polish was a lot more clear than the model nail, nbd, but the artist didn’t show me my nails until the whole hand was done, and when i said it looked a little pale he said it’d be fine with another coat. it didn’t help much, i could still see all of the white tips of my own nails, which weren’t really rounded out either. they don’t look awful, just a bit of a mid experience. probably would’ve gotten similar results at home. every time i asked for a minor correction it felt like the whole salon was shocked, suddenly every nail artist was staring at me because i asked for a little more of a file a singular time. the whole thing felt like they were doing me a favor, just a bit awkward.

This place is horrible and overcharges. Especially if you are a young white girl. Everyone there is rude as well. They did a horrible job at just gel nails not even with acrylic and charged me $70. Would not recommend.

I've been going here for years. The services here is on point. The staff is amazing and so nice. They are so accommodating to you wants and needs. Love this place and would recommend it to everyone.

The ABSOLUTE BEST manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Family owned salon. Immaculate. Tons of colors to choose from. Hysterical conversation with staff. Will never go anywhere else.
