I can’t thank Polished Nail Bar in Lake Nona enough — especially Ken! I had just gotten my nails done at another salon and absolutely hated them. I left in tears and didn’t want to go back to have them fixed. I came to Polished Nail Bar desperate for help because I suspected my boyfriend might propose on our vacation the next day. Ken was so kind and reassuring. He told me, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you,” and he absolutely did! I showed him a design I liked, and he suggested switching from a coffin shape to a softer oval/almond shape — and I’m so glad I trusted his advice. The result was perfect! If you come here, ask for Kay. I have been trying to grow out my nails for 27 years and she was the only one who was able to make it happen with her SNS manicure. She’s incredibly delicate and takes her time (and can also do designs) The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing and clean.

such a poor experience. My nail appointment felt extremely rushed. I went in for dip powder and a pedicure and there was absolutely no attention to detail. Paid over $120 for no cuticle care whatsoever. I ended up having to go home and fix my cuticles and now my nails are way too low on my nail bed to where it looks like there’s been already a week+ of nail growth. Tested out sparkles on one finger and ended up not liking them so I asked for them to be removed during the appointment. Did a poor job with that as well because now I have sparkles on just one finger. The pedicure was a joke, maybe 10 minutes and I could have easily just done a better job myself. These were supposed to be for my elopement and I’m so upset because for the price point, the quality was just absolutely ridiculous.
