THE BEST! Prices, hospitality, services. I’m very very picky about my nails, shape, symmetry, how much care nail techs put into my cuticles / clean up / overall nail health. They are by far the best and most consistent salon I’ve ever been to. I’m willing to pay for quality and they are CHEAPER than any other salon or independent tech I’ve been to. Not to mention complimentary drinks / wine etc. I have switched from acrylic to Gel-X, faster service and longer lasting, and I typically request Steve ! They’re all amazing but he is amazing at matching inspo pics IF NOT BETTER for cheaper. I’ve probably been to them for 10+ sets now and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve brought so many of my guy friends here just for upkeep / basic cleanup and they love them as well. Not your typical salon at

Super happy to have chosen Polished Nail Bar! I don’t get my nails done often because of the prices and normally do press ons but the prices here are very reasonable especially for the level of detail I had done. Everyone was very nice and took good care of me and I was out in just under 2 hours. Steve was amazing with his attention to detail and the shaping and I let him have creative freedom, overall I was very happy with my experience here and definitely will be returning in the future!

I love this place! Been coming for 6 years. They treat me like family. My wine glass is never empty and my nails always look fabulous! The employees are so sweet. The music is always fun, and it’s right in the middle of downtown on Glenwood, so the party can keep going!

DO NOT GO HERE if you value your health. I had an extremely bad experience at Polished Nail Bar in Raleigh. During my pedicure, the nail technician cut my toe, and it later became infected. This should never happen at a professional salon and shows a serious lack of care and hygiene. On top of that, the salon itself felt unsanitary. The pedicure sinks were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned between customers. Seeing that, combined with being injured, made me very uncomfortable and concerned about health standards. This place is careless and unhygienic. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Please protect yourself and go somewhere that actually prioritizes cleanliness and customer safety.

I’ve been coming here for 3–4 years and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Coco is so fun and welcoming. She makes every appointment such a good experience. She’s incredibly hospitable and makes you feel right at home. Steve is just as amazing and does such an amazing job every time. They both really care about their work, and it shows every time I leave with beautiful nails. So grateful I found this place!
