Polished Nail Bar

I moved to the area from Chicago almost 2 years ago and had trouble finding a great nail salon until I went to Polished! And now it’s the only place I go. And if I can’t get in to see my girl Le, I know I can go to any of the nail techs because they are all really great! You can’t say that about too many places! Great place and awesome staff! Highly recommend!

I had a great first visit here with an employee named Le. She was fantastic and did an a phenomenal job. She took her time and did not rush at all. I will definitely be back on regular visits.

I used to really like this place, but walking in felt like an inconvenience, and setting appointments could only be on their time. The appointments were rushed, and they could not do any designs. It’s actually very stressful to get something done, and when you get there, you are rushed to pick a color, they push you to do stuff you don’t want, and the price is always different. I’ve always tipped generously because working with the public is very demanding. You have to pay for the service, but last time I went, I felt like I was asking for a favor and got snapped at - I was out $80 bucks, and I was afraid to ask to look at more colors or a backup design ( I had previously inquired about a design and told it could be done). I never ask for much, and I always appreciate people who work hard

I love Ann at the Polished Nail Bar! She always does an amazing job!!! She greats you with a kindness and gentleness that makes her so easy to talk to. Her work is perfection!!!!
