Caitlyn is AMAZING! I recently moved here from Houston and tried several nail techs before finding her, and I’m so glad I did. She is truly the best! Her work is flawless, she pays attention to every detail, and she’s so sweet and professional. My nails have never looked better. If you’re looking for a nail tech who genuinely cares about her craft, Caitlyn is the one! Highly recommend.

We found this place by accident and after going several times, Caitlyn is the only person I ever want doing my nails now! She does an incredible job every single time and always gives me exactly what I’m looking for. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional, you’re always greeted with a friendly face, and everyone there is so kind. Highly recommend!

Polished Nail Bar is literally my favorite place to go! Everyone there is basically my bestie at this point. I especially love getting my nails done by Caitlyn! She’s so sweet and fun to talk to and does a killer job on my nails and the designs every time! I get acrylics but they also offer dip and gel. If anyone asks where they need to get a manicure or pedicure, I ALWAYS recommend Polished Nail Bar! Their pedicures are to die for and ask for some wine while you’re at it! 💅 🍷

Friendly staff and great customer service overall! I decided to give this nail salon a second chance, and I’m really glad I did because my second visit was so much better. Caitlyn did an amazing job—she’s super talented and had great communication. (Christmas nail set in first two photos) My first visit back in September wasn’t the best. I asked for acrylic tips but was VERY encouraged to switch to dip several times from multiple people, so I eventually agreed. I also requested polka dots and even showed a reference photo of the the polkadots i wanted, but the result weren’t close… i tried trusting the process and felt overwhelmed already…just make sure to do a little research on which nail tech fits your style best.
