Palm Beach Tan

I have been a member of Palm Beach Tan for Many, Many Years! One of the Biggest things I have liked is their nice manager and employees, the cleanest Palm Beach is Brandon, MS location. But….this year I am sad to find out I will not have the opportunity to tan in a level 4 bed unless I go up a level in my contract. Sad thing is this year I do not have the finances to do that. Every year Palm Beach has offered me that opportunity without me having to go up in my contract. It’s sad they made that Change.

I love this place. The absolute best tanning salon in this area!! Love all of the employees and the tanning beds are amazing!! Been coming here a long time!!

Family of mine moved from Foley, AL to here in Brandon, MS and was looking for a tanning place to go to keep her color but for not too much a month during the holidays so I contacted multiple friends that work there or have in the past and I was told there was a plan for $30 a month along with a $25 startup fee, okay no problem. Well when she arrived at the location she was given a tour that never mentioned that plan and was told by the manager and some other girl that $75 was the lowest membership, the current and former employees I had spoke with said that wasn't true. So I really do not appreciate the dishonesty and that has always been why I choose and will continue to choose Reservoir Hair and Tan where they are honest and care more about making relationships with their customers inst

This is a local business brag post. Today was my first time going to Palm Beach Tan in Brandon. I had lots of questions so I had to call twice before going. I spoke to the manager the first time and she was super knowledgeable and took so much time to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately I forgot some of things she told me so I called back. Chelsea helped me the second time and she helped me today with my first spray tan visit. She was warm, friendly, and compassionate to my specific needs. The staff is so professional and sweet. This is my first experience with tanning beds and honestly I was nervous. I have been a member for about a month now and I go about 4 times a week. I am very pleased with everyone who works there. Honestly, everyone who has been on staff when I go in is so polite and professional. I think this locations staff all deserve a best customer approval award. They really are great!
