Polished Hair Studio

My mother scheduled an appointment here for my wedding day. After making a deposit and confirming with the stylist days before, her stylist did not show up; no one was “available.” She cried for hours and had to get her daughter to do her hair an hour before our ceremony…Would NOT recommend.

I came here to get a silk press, I didn’t need a wash or conditioner, … I paid $93; when I asked why is a flat iron with pin curls $93 she said just because I didn’t get my hair washed by them the price is still the same! I will not be back!!

I have been going to Polished Hair Salon for over a decade now and followed them from their old location to their location now. Sharay has been my stylist from day one and has always slayed my hair every time. Not only are these stylists talented, they truly care about the quality of your hair. Crystal has done braiding styles for me in the past and I’ve also had a great experience. Love them down! ♥️♥️

I was fine with the wait (2.5 hours), because I was a walk-in. I asked for an updo on my locs. The stylist was nice, but inexperienced with locs. Being a well known stylist from Oakland, CA, I didn't want to make waves, so I paid her and left. This is a picture of my hair when I left the salon. I've been a faithful customer since my first visit 10yrs ago. The wash is hands down the best. The atmosphere is so full of positive energy ✨️ 🙌 This is the place to come to relax, meet new friends, learn from other customers,and just really enjoy your salon/spa day. The salon is so accommodating to any special needs. They care for the health of your hair first, and then the style. I literally drive here from virginia to get my hair done. I would never allow any other hands in my head unless it's a Polished Hair Studio stylist. Love this place
