Kelly is the best nail tech I've ever had! My nails never lift and they look absolutely perfect! I get compliments all the time! I love how Rebecca does my hair! I have gone to both massage therapist, Shea and Alison, and they are both give the best massages I have ever had! Very nice atmosphere!

Had a wonderful experience at this salon. The other review on here is NOT FOR THIS SALON! I had the pleasure of having a pedicure at this salon with Kelly the only nail tech this salon has ever had (asked while there about this Erin person mentioned in the review). Kelly has been a nail designer for over 20 years starting in California and moving her business back to her native Maine. Kelly frequently asked if I was comfortable and offered refreshments while relaxing in her pedicure chair. There were many colors to choose from which is over whelming in other salons, Kelly helped me pick out a color which matched my skin tone! I am very happy with the results and will be back for another pedicure in a month. Thank you Kelly for the great work and customer service.

I went to Polished Salon because my original nail tech was out of town & I needed my nails done as soon as possible, so I made an appt with Erin. Erin is a very nice person. Great personality, very clean & welcoming facility. However I was very disappointed with the results of my nails. I originally asked for gel polish, Erin talked me into getting regular polish. She stated that regular nail polish looked better on acrylic nails, so I agreed to the regular nail polish. However she had no type of equipment to dry my nails. She advised me that my nails would air dry. Before leaving she told me to put each finger under cold water for 10 secs each & advised me that my nails would be dry after doing so. I left the salon to run some errands & by the time I made it home my nails were smeared. I

This beautiful salon offers a very talented nail tech, 3 knowledgeable hair stylists, 2 friendly massage therapists and a lot of laughter, honesty, fun, and kindness ❤ Come visit these ladies!!!
